İstanbul’da doğdum; Bodrum ise çocukluğumdan beri hayatımın önemli bir parçası. 1974’ten bu yana ailemin bağ kurduğu bu yarımada ile ilk defa 1995 yılında Gölköy’de bir yazlık edinmemiz ile tanıştım. Yıllar içinde yarımadanın farklı bölgelerini, yaşam kültürünü ve değişen dinamiklerini yakından tanıma fırsatı buldum. İsviçre’de yaşayıp çalıştıktan sonra yaşam tercihi olarak Bodrum’a yerleşmeyi seçtim. 2019’dan bu yana ise Bodrum’da yaşıyor, ve bölgeyi gündelik hayatın içinden deneyimliyorum.Mimarlığın ve gayrimenkulün hayatın doğal bir parçası olduğu bir ortamda büyüdüm. Yaş aldıkça ilgim imar, yatırım ve gayrimenkul alanlarına yöneldi. Uzun yıllardır Bodrum piyasasını yakından takip ediyor, bireysel ve aile yatırımları kapsamında bölgesel analizler ve değerleme çalışmaları yürütüyor ve gayrimenkul yenileme (house flipping) süreçlerini baştan sona planlayabiliyorum.Türkiye, İsviçre ve uluslararası teknoloji/medya şirketlerinde edindiğim deneyimler analitik bakış açımı, detaylara hakimiyetimi ve proje yönetimi disiplinimi güçlendirdi. İngilizceyi ileri düzeyde, Almancayı iyi seviyede konuşabiliyorum. Bu sayede uluslararası alıcı ve yatırımcılarla doğrudan, kolay ve güvenilir bir iletişim kuruyorum.Bodrum yarımadasında Gölköy ve Türkbükü bölge uzmanlığım. Bu bölgelere bağlılığım yalnızca profesyonel değil; ailemle birlikte yarım asrı aşan bir hikâyenin parçasıdır. About Me

I was born in Istanbul, and Bodrum has been an important part of my life since childhood. My family's connection to this peninsula dates back to 1974, and I first came to know it in 1995, when we acquired a summer home in Gölköy. Over the years, I had the opportunity to get to know different parts of the peninsula, its way of life, and its evolving dynamics up close. After living and working in Switzerland, I chose Bodrum as my home by choice. Since 2019, I have been living here and experiencing the region from the rhythm of everyday life.I grew up in an environment where architecture and real estate were a natural part of life. As the years passed, my interest turned toward urban development, investment, and real estate. For many years I have been closely following the Bodrum market, conducting regional analyses and valuation studies for individual and family investments, and I am capable of planning real estate renovation (house flipping) processes from start to finish.The experience I gained at companies in Turkey, Switzerland, and the international technology and media sector has strengthened my analytical perspective, attention to detail, and project management discipline. I speak English at an advanced level and German at a good level. This enables me to communicate directly, easily, and reliably with international buyers and investors.My area of expertise on the Bodrum Peninsula is particularly Golkoy and Turkbuku. My connection to these areas is not only professional; it is part of a story spanning more than half a century that I share with my family. I therefore believe I have the capacity to assess not only properties, but also the lifestyle and development potential of these areas from a long-term perspective.I listen carefully to each of my clients and move forward systematically with transparency, trust, and accurate information. Ich wurde in Istanbul geboren, und Bodrum ist seit meiner Kindheit ein wichtiger Teil meines Lebens. Die Verbindung meiner Familie zu dieser Halbinsel reicht bis ins Jahr 1974 zurück, und meine erste Begegnung mit ihr fand 1995 statt, als wir in Gölköy ein Sommerhaus erwarben. Im Laufe der Jahre hatte ich die Möglichkeit, verschiedene Teile der Halbinsel, ihre Lebenskultur und ihre sich verändernden Dynamiken aus nächster Nähe kennenzulernen.Nachdem ich in der Schweiz gelebt und gearbeitet hatte, traf ich die bewusste Entscheidung, mich in Bodrum niederzulassen. Seit 2019 lebe ich hier und erlebe die Region unmittelbar aus dem Alltag heraus.Ich bin in einem Umfeld aufgewachsen, in dem Architektur und Immobilien ein natürlicher Bestandteil des Lebens waren. Mit der Zeit richtete sich mein Interesse auf Stadtplanung, Investment und Immobilien. Seit vielen Jahren beobachte ich den Bodrum-Markt aus nächster Nähe, führe regionale Analysen und Bewertungsarbeiten im Rahmen von Einzel- und Familieninvestitionen durch und bin in der Lage, Immobilienrenovierungsprojekte (House Flipping) von Anfang bis Ende zu planen und umzusetzen.Die Erfahrungen, die ich in Unternehmen in der Türkei, der Schweiz sowie im internationalen Technologie- und Mediensektor gesammelt habe, haben meine analytische Denkweise, meinen Blick fürs Detail und meine Projektmanagement-Disziplin gestärkt. Ich spreche Englisch auf fortgeschrittenem Niveau und Deutsch auf gutem Niveau. Dies ermöglicht mir eine direkte, unkomplizierte und vertrauensvolle Kommunikation mit internationalen Käufern und Investoren.Mein Fachgebiet auf der Halbinsel Bodrum ist insbesondere die Achse Golkoy-Turkbuku. Meine Verbundenheit mit diesen Gebieten ist nicht nur professioneller Natur; sie ist Teil einer Geschichte, die ich gemeinsam mit meiner Familie über mehr als ein halbes Jahrhundert hinweg erlebt habe. Ich bin daher der Überzeugung, dass ich in der Lage bin, nicht nur einzelne Immobilien, sondern auch den Lebensstil und das Entwicklungspotenzial dieser Regionen aus einer langfristigen Perspektive zu beurteilen.Ich höre meinen Kunden aufmerksam zu und begleite sie transparent, vertrauensvoll und mit fundierten Informationen durch den gesamten Prozess.
